What you’ll do

• Accounts Receivable Management:

  • Generate and send out invoices to customers;

  • Ensure all invoices are recorded accurately in the accounting system;

  • Review and keep track of all invoices and credit memos;

  • Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, or other irregularities;

  • Follow up on late payments, collect and apply payments to invoices;

  • Calculate Bad Debt Reserve;

• Month and Quarter-end close:

  • Perform accounts receivable and other reconciliations;

  • Process journal entries and adjustments to general ledger entries.

  • Collaborate effectively with internal and external teams on invoicing-related matters;

• Other:

  • Assist in gathering support for financial audits and provide required documentation;

  • Prepare and maintain schedules for deferred revenue, unbilled receivables, and other related accounts for smaller entities.

• System Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (ability to perform vlookups, pivot tables, etc).

Would be great if you brought this to the role

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field;

• Genuine interest in crypto;

• Proficiency in NetSuite;

• Ability to be a team player;

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines;

• Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and 1+ years of experience in the month-end close and invoicing, billing, and revenue recognition processes;

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills;

• Adaptability to a fast-paced and changing environment;

• Confidence, good judgment, energy, and positive work attitude.
