NovoEd is looking for an Operations Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to become part of a rapidly expanding startup where your contributions can significantly influence the company’s trajectory. We’re seeking a proactive self-starter with strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, adeptness with systems, and a perpetual drive for process enhancement.
This role will be deeply immersive, playing a pivotal role in every facet of revenue operations. As our company expands, the Operations Analyst will delve into various projects. Candidates should thrive in a dynamic environment, collaborate effectively within a team, and adeptly manage individual and team priorities.
What Will You Do?
This role balances responsibilities across automation projects, new integrations and implementations, and providing end-user support for our SaaS applications and platforms. Key tasks include troubleshooting, monitoring, and administering these systems. The role also involves contributing to the planning and documentation of policies and procedures to ensure system design, implementation, and maintenance to align with company goals, industry best practices, and NovoEd requirements. Key responsibilities include:
Develop and maintain documentation for applications, processes, and procedures
Automate data transmission between systems for seamless integration
Analyze data trends to optimize performance and produce actionable insights
Create various reports to support data-driven decisions
Manage and maintain existing platforms, implementing updates based on evolving business needs
Collaborate with the RevOps team and other departments to ensure the tech stack aligns with stakeholder needs, fostering efficiency and effectiveness
Drive the development of scalable, automated solutions to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency through automation
What Skills Are Needed For This Role?
Experience & Skills
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, Financial Operations, or similar roles within a high-growth company
Experience as a Salesforce administrator
Strong quantitative skills and the willingness to dig into the data
Systems expert with deep understanding and experience with integrations and data management best practices
Experience with data visualization
Working cross-functionally to support all stakeholders
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present insights
High proficiency with Excel/G-sheets including the ability to pull and organize data and build analysis
Strong project management ability with attention to detail
Problem solver who can help identify projects that help automate manual processes
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with tools such as Hubspot, Gong, Tableau Outreach, 6sense, ChurnZero, etc. is a plus
Exposure to startup environments
