You will be responsible for leading one of our Regional Client Services team in North America in setting, and continually exceeding, the DSP industry benchmark for strategic partnership, consultation, and solution delivery. StackAdapt has built its reputation around our deep expertise in programmatic advertising, and our willingness to go above and beyond to help our clients realize their ambitious goals. Reporting into our SVP Global Client Services, Anna Grodecka-Grad, you will have regional responsibility for a large team of experts who are supporting tens of thousands of brands across North America.

What you'll be doing

  • Continuing to build our internal culture of high-performance and high-support across the Global Client Services team

  • Lead a team of 50+ client service professionals in delivering exceptional client experiences that helps them achieve their advertising goals

  • Lead strategic client engagements in the region acting as a thought leader to help them set the right priorities for their organization

  • Manage capacity planning and service tiering to ensure we’re investing time and resources in the right places to drive optimal results for our clients

  • Obsess over client satisfaction and product adoption metrics to really uncover opportunities for growth and improvement, and then drive programs to address these areas

  • Finding opportunities to improve internal alignment and collaboration in pursuit of overarching company goals and improved success for our clients

What you'll bring to the role

  • Deep experience and passion for people management, with a background encompassing leading large organizations with multiple management layers

  • Intense focus on delivering world class client experience that is founded on strong functional expertise and performance 

  • Proven track record in the AdTech space, with depth of knowledge in the industry landscape, upcoming challenges, and what being “world class” really means to us

  • Deep data acumen and understanding, both leveraging the insights of the team and also getting hands on in spreadsheets and systems to get the context needed for key decisions

  • Ambassador for a strong performance culture that values supporting others, acting with integrity, and a “failure is not an option” mindset
