We have an opening for a Regional Supervisor - Remote The Regional Supervisor is a full-time remote position responsible for overseeing and ensuring that the success and quality of initiatives and projects are achieved across a large federal contract. The position is a leader of leaders who manages a team of quality improvement facilitators to deliver effective technical assistance. As the primary point of accountability for the performance of their team’s work, collaboration, clear communication, attention to detail, working with diverse teams, and standard processes will be expected of this position to achieve large scale project goals. This position serves as the point of contact and liaison between the prime contract holder and Mountain Pacific. This highly visible, hands-on position requires extensive knowledge and experience working with and/or for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services and calls for familiarity with contract language to ensure execution of timely deliverables and programs. The position works closely with the primary contractor awarded to identify, collaborate, plan and organize work flows with a strategic vision.

The Regional Supervisor is a full-time remote position. The successful candidate would have excellent organizational, communication written and verbal communication, and facilitation skills. Ability to act as the regional representative and lead the collaboration, reporting and improvement on one or more topics across the region. A minimum of 4 year of leadership experience with a bachelor's degree preferred. This position requires travel up to 15-30%. The target compensation for this position is $90,000 - $120,000 a year.
