Regional Solutions Consultant III - (Remote Home Based)

Salary Range: $105,000.00 - $135,000.00 based on experience with Target Commission of $8,500.00.

We have an excellent opportunity for a Regional Solutions Consultant III - (Remote - Home Based) located in the Eastern Region (ME, VT, NH, MA, RI, CT, PA, NY, NJ, DE, MD, VA).

Summary:

The Regional Solutions Consultant III is a pre-sales quota carrying position focused on driving Professional Services, Software, and Digital Signage Sales opportunities in the BTA Dealer Channel in support of business objectives.Resolves Highly complex and technical issues using Toshiba solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive highly complex technical professional services, output management, capture/workflow and digital signage solutions in the BTA Dealer channel (BTA, & BTA GEM) in support of established revenue objectives.
  • Manage a defined territory to achieve established quota.
  • Adopt Toshiba’s culture of sales excellence, including established sales processes, pipeline management, forecast accuracy, channel engagement and a focus on core role KPI’s as assigned by management. Offers expertise as needed. May provide guidance to less senior Reg Solutions Consultants.
  • Develop deliverables to include but not limited to pricing, SOW's, business & technical requirements. Assist in RFP responses (via cross functional teams) in support of the BTA Dealer Channel (BTA, BTA GEM).
  • Work with clients to understand and identify objectives and needs while aligning Toshiba products and solutions where business opportunities exist.
  • Present value propositions and develop relationships with clients and deliver high levels of client care.
  • Assist and collaborate with field support regarding highly technical problems and develop viable solutions.
  • Advise management of notable trends.
  • Support sales projects and other technical activities critical to closing new sales, including Proof of Concept and Pilot Presales activities.
  • Identify, analyze and resolve document workflow deficiencies related to the document lifecycle in a presales / consultative capacity.
  • Responsible for Business Requirement, Statement of Work, Build of Materials, Document Process Optimization Study Findings, and Budgetary Proposal Documentation.
  • Develop and conduct customer-based (internal and external) technical sales training programs.
  • Conduct QBR and Professional Services Program updates once per quarter with defined targeted solutions dealers.
  • Participate in strategic planning meetings with executive, sales, marketing, and engineering management teams.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
  • 6 years of outside sales experience preferably in a channel environment.
  • Selling experience with technology or professional sales with an emphasis in selling solutions or managed services.
  • Demonstrated experience with Document / Content Management, document capture, output management and digital signage solutions.
  • Must be a certified AIIM Enterprise Content Management Specialist (ECMS).
  • Demonstrated entrepreneurial experience with a goal-driven focus. Ability to manage large geographic territory.
  • Must work well meeting established sales quotas in fast paced environment.
  • Ability to translate customer needs into viable technical solutions.
  • Strong Client-facing skills and effective with a consultative approach.
  • Proven record of accomplishment measured against revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Demonstrated financial/quantitative skills needed for analytical evaluation/interpretation and construction of applicable business solutions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must have good business acumen including sales quota achievement and closing sales.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously while demonstrating excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to travel as required.
  • Valid driver’s license.
