Who We’re Looking For:
Creatio is seeking a Regional Sales Excellence & Enablement professional to strengthen field execution, sales readiness, and AI-driven selling across the regional GTM organization. This role will partner closely with Sales Excellence, regional sales leadership, solution consulting, product marketing, and partner teams to enable sellers to execute with discipline, confidence, consistency, and measurable business impact.
Our field must be able to clearly articulate how Creatio helps organizations build applications, deploy AI agents, automate customer and operational workflows, increase productivity, accelerate time-to-value, and drive strong ROI. This role is critical to ensuring the region is prepared to sell that message with clarity and confidence.
This is not a traditional training role. We need someone with real field credibility — someone who has personally carried a quota, understands enterprise sales pressure, and can translate strategy into practical, deal-relevant enablement that sellers will use.
