***This is a 6-8 month W2 Contract position that will work 100% remote from your home office***
We are searching for dynamic, highly organized Recruiting Coordinators to support our Recruiting Team, creating a top-tier experience for candidates and our clients. This is a highly collaborative role, and you will play a key part in driving the recruiting process, candidate experience, and impactful operational projects daily, having a direct impact on the organization's growth.

Essential Functions
- Assist the Recruiting team with candidate interview scheduling
- Able to effectively schedule multiple interviews weekly
- Schedule and communicate interview details with candidates.
- Communicate any interview scheduling conflicts or changes to the Recruiting team
- Enter and track candidate information in the recruiting database, ensuring appropriate parties have access to necessary information
- Conduct background and reference checks for finalist candidates
- Ability to respond quickly and effectively to urgent tasks and requests in an environment with constantly changing priorities
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to handle stressful situations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy
- Proficient with Microsoft Office or Google Suite
- Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and similar computer applications
