We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive contract Recruiting Coordinator to support our fast‑growing team. In this role, you’ll manage candidate scheduling, communication, and ATS upkeep while also assisting with core HR operations such as onboarding, employee record maintenance, and compliance tasks. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers and the People team to keep processes running smoothly, improve workflows, and deliver an exceptional experience for both candidates and employees. This is a 6-month contract role (20–30 hours/week) with potential for extension, ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic startup environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats.
What You'll Do
Manage job postings, review applications, and support initial candidate screening
Own the full‑cycle interview scheduling process, partnering closely with hiring managers to keep things running smoothly
Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring clear communication and a great experience throughout the process
Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in the ATS
Assist with offer coordination and support onboarding, ensuring all documentation and processes are completed, including I-9s and background checks.
Help improve recruiting operations by refining workflows, documentation, and templates
Must Haves
1-3 years of experience in recruiting, HR support, or a similar administrative role
Comfort working with scheduling tools and ATS platforms (Lever, BambooHR, etc.)
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering a great candidate experience
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
US‑based and available for 20 to 30 hours per week
