About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join our client's team (an industry-leading, VC-backed B2B healthcare startup creating an AI voice call center agent for clinics) and play a crucial role in their recruiting processes. This startup has raised over $100M in venture capital funding and has quickly become a leader in their industry. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting their hiring efforts across technical and business functions. You’ll own interview logistics, candidate communications, recruiting operations, and coordination across hiring teams to ensure a seamless and high-quality hiring process. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys working cross-functionally, and wants exposure to startup recruiting and talent operations. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones and stakeholders

  • Manage candidate communications throughout the interview process with speed and professionalism

  • Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers to drive an efficient hiring process

  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and ensure data accuracy

  • Track recruiting metrics and support reporting on pipeline health and hiring progress

  • Support candidate sourcing initiatives and outbound recruiting campaigns when needed

  • Facilitate offer logistics and pre-onboarding coordination

  • Improve recruiting workflows, documentation, and operational processes as the company scales

  • Help deliver a best-in-class candidate experience from application through offer

  • Support recruiting projects, employer branding initiatives, and talent programs

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

  • 3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, recruiting operations, or talent acquisition, preferably in fast-paced startup environments

  • Excellent communication and English language skills (written and verbal)

  • Experience scheduling complex interviews across multiple stakeholders and time zones

  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment

  • Experience working with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever, Workable, or similar)

  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and collaboration tools

  • Ability to work in US Pacific Time, Monday through Friday

  • BONUS: Exposure to technical recruiting (engineering, product, data, AI/ML roles)
