WHAT YOU WILL DO
Talent Sourcing: Use various sourcing channels, such as job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and referrals, to identify potential candidates for open positions.
Manage full cycle of recruitment process: Review resumes and applications, Conduct thorough and insightful interviews and ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and team members to understand their hiring needs, provide guidance on recruitment best practices, and assist in the decision-making process.
Talent Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates for future positions, fostering relationships and staying connected with passive job seekers.
Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and prepare recruitment reports and metrics as needed
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Language Skills: Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a remote work environment
Minimum 1 year of experience interviewing candidates for internal roles
Familiarity with recruitment best practices and strategies, including candidate sourcing, screening, and evaluation techniques.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with candidates, team members, and hiring managers.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Greenhouse
Experience with VideoAsk, TestGorilla or other assessment testing platforms
Understanding of Social Media and Marketing Industry
Experience hiring for entry-level internship, Sales and Marketing related roles (90% of our openings)
