Role Overview: As our Part-Time Recruiter, you’ll be at the heart of our talent acquisition efforts, helping us build a world-class team for our early-stage SaaS startup. You’ll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and securing top talent across various levels, from skilled individual contributors to seasoned executives in both technical and non-technical roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the entire recruitment process, from creative sourcing of candidates to conducting interviews and closing offers. You’re an expert at building a pipeline of high-quality candidates and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

  • Talent Scout: Use your recruitment expertise to identify top-tier talent across all roles within SaaS companies. Whether it’s a coding expert or a sales leader, you know how to find and attract the right candidates (we'd prefer someone that has Tech and Non Tech or someone with Tech that is comfortable doing Non Tech roles on occasion)

  • Market Research: Stay ahead of the curve by understanding the SaaS market landscape. You’ll conduct research to pinpoint where top talent is located and how to attract them.

  • Candidate Assessment: You’re skilled at evaluating candidates’ profiles and identifying both their strengths and gaps. You know how to match the right candidate to the right role and provide actionable feedback.

  • Creative Sourcer: While you’ll utilize traditional sourcing methods, you also think outside the box to develop innovative strategies for finding hidden talent when necessary.

  • Database Management: Keep our applicant tracking system and candidate database updated with the latest information to ensure we’re always ready to move quickly on top talent.

  • Collaborative Partner: Work closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand hiring needs and deliver candidates who match not just the skill set, but the culture.

Qualifications:

  • Startup Super Recruiter: You’ve got the chops when it comes to recruiting for high-growth startups, especially within the SaaS space. You know what makes these companies tick and can spot talent that fits like a glove.

  • Talent Specialist: You’re adept at recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles and understand the distinct needs of each.

  • Market Insight Pro: Your market research skills are top-notch. You can gather insights from the industry and apply them to your recruitment strategies.

  • Humble Hustler: Ego? Never heard of it. You’re all about the team, the mission, and the hustle. Your drive and energy are contagious.

  • Communication Champ: Your written and verbal communication skills are top-notch. You can craft messages that resonate and build rapport with potential candidates.
