About the Role

We are a fast-growing offshore staffing agency helping U.S.-based companies (startups, brands, and agencies) scale their teams with top-tier global talent. We are looking for an experienced Recruiter who is hungry, knows how to hustle, will relentlessly chase down candidates, and responds lightning-fast. The ideal candidate has worked in extremely fast-paced startup environments before and has filled roles in a matter of hours. This role is not for the faint of heart - if you're looking for a comfortable role where you'll clock in and out from 9-5, please do not apply as this is not for you. Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for multiple roles across various industries (e.g., marketing, operations, sales)

  • Source talent through job boards, LinkedIn, recruiter networks, and proactive outreach

  • Conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications, communication skills, and cultural alignment

  • Present qualified candidates to clients and coordinate interview scheduling

  • Maintain strong relationships with candidates, guiding them through the hiring process and onboarding

  • Track candidates and hiring workflows in our ATS/recruiting software

  • Collaborate with the leadership team to understand evolving talent needs

  • Ensure compliance with agency processes, standards, and client requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

  • 4+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in fast-paced startup environments

  • Strong communication and English language skills (written and verbal)

  • Ability to assess candidate fit beyond the resume (soft skills, professionalism, reliability)

  • Proficiency with LinkedIn and online sourcing tools

  • BONUS: Experience working as a Recruiter for an agency

  • BONUS: Experience recruiting for creative/marketing (eg. Graphic Designer, Video Editor, Media Buyer, Creative Strategist) roles, and a good eye for design

  • Ability to work in any time zone
