About the Role
We are a fast-growing offshore staffing agency helping U.S.-based companies (startups, brands, and agencies) scale their teams with top-tier global talent. We are looking for an experienced Recruiter who is hungry, knows how to hustle, will relentlessly chase down candidates, and responds lightning-fast. The ideal candidate has worked in extremely fast-paced startup environments before and has filled roles in a matter of hours. This role is not for the faint of heart - if you're looking for a comfortable role where you'll clock in and out from 9-5, please do not apply as this is not for you. Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment process for multiple roles across various industries (e.g., marketing, operations, sales)
Source talent through job boards, LinkedIn, recruiter networks, and proactive outreach
Conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications, communication skills, and cultural alignment
Present qualified candidates to clients and coordinate interview scheduling
Maintain strong relationships with candidates, guiding them through the hiring process and onboarding
Track candidates and hiring workflows in our ATS/recruiting software
Collaborate with the leadership team to understand evolving talent needs
Ensure compliance with agency processes, standards, and client requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
4+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in fast-paced startup environments
Strong communication and English language skills (written and verbal)
Ability to assess candidate fit beyond the resume (soft skills, professionalism, reliability)
Proficiency with LinkedIn and online sourcing tools
BONUS: Experience working as a Recruiter for an agency
BONUS: Experience recruiting for creative/marketing (eg. Graphic Designer, Video Editor, Media Buyer, Creative Strategist) roles, and a good eye for design
Ability to work in any time zone
