Job Summary: We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Real Estate Analyst to support our investment and development initiatives across multifamily, retail, office, and industrial assets. In this role, you will build and maintain complex financial models, perform sensitivity analyses, forecast cash flows, and support deal structuring — including joint venture waterfalls and return metrics. You will also conduct thorough market research, assist with due diligence, and deliver clear, data-driven insights to guide client decision-making.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in real estate finance, advanced Excel or Google Sheets modeling skills, and a solid understanding of key financial concepts such as IRR, NPV, and equity multiples. The ability to communicate findings effectively and work full-time in the CST timezone is essential. Experience creating pitch materials or investment decks is a plus.

Core Tasks:

• Support modeling for RE projects (multifamily, retail, office, and industrial development and acquisition)

• Build and maintain models for development, acquisition, and disposition analysis

• Conduct sensitivity analyses, scenario testing, and cash flow forecasting for deals

• Assist in structuring joint venture waterfalls, promote structures, and return metrics

• Research market data and support due diligence efforts for client projects

• Deliver clear, accurate analyses that simplify decision-making for clients

Must-Haves:

• 3+ years of experience in a real estate focused finance role

• Advanced proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets for real estate financial modeling

• Understanding of RE finance concepts (IRR, NPV, equity multiples, debt sizing, etc)

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills

• Ability to work full time CST

• Experience building decks and pitch material in PowerPoint/ Google Sheets
