About the Role

Reporting to the Senior Medical Leader, clinicians function as integral members of the Eleanor Health treatment team.  In order to be considered for employment, candidates must have experience prescribing MAT in the past. This is a remote role. We are open to full time or part-time availability. This is a full-time role at Eleanor Health. To get you started faster, we work with Vista Staffing Agency to employ new team members as locums for 30–90 days. Being a locum means you’re working temporarily through Vista, so you can see community members right away while finishing Eleanor Health’s credentialing. Your employment will be switched to Eleanor Health after that period.

What You'll Do

• Provides direct patient care for MAT, substance use and other psychiatric disorders both in-person and via telemedicine

• Works closely with Eleanor Health Practice Administrator, Lead Clinician, and other team members to ensure seamless integration of medical services with whole-person support services

• Contributes to a unique and attractive culture that values mission-orientation, proactive initiative, ethical behavior, and collaboration

• Ensures medical care and documentation are in compliance with all applicable state and federal laws, regulations and CARF accreditation standards

• Participates in continuous quality improvement (CQI) initiatives

Qualifications

• Current active, unencumbered Missouri Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) license

• MSN degree or higher

• Active DEA Registration for controlled substances

• Current National Certification as Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

• Ability to work across teams and functions, self-starter who quickly identifies what needs to be done and takes ownership

Compensation & Benefits

The total target annual compensation range for this position is $130,000-140,000 for a full time role at 40 hours per week. The actual compensation offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job.
