Location:
Oslo, Norway
Key Responsibilities:
Leading and managing multiple projects from initiation to successful completion.
Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborating closely with Neptune’s software sales team to understand client requirements, providing valuable input on project feasibility, timelines, and budgets.
Taking ownership of project budgets, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation and profitability.
Negotiating contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions for both clients and Neptune Software.
Coordinating and overseeing project teams, ensuring seamless communication and task execution.
Conducting regular project status meetings, reporting on progress, risks, and issue resolution.
Monitoring project timelines and milestones, proactively identifying and addressing any deviations.
Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by exceeding client expectations and delivering exceptional results.

Bachelor’s degree in either Business Administration, IT or Engineering.
Proven experience in sales, project management, or a related role – SAP experience is seen as advantageous
Strong negotiation skills and a track record of successful contract management.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide project teams.
Proficient in project management software and tools.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and driving revenue.
