Who Are We Looking to Add to Our Team?
As a Project Manager at Massive Rocket, you’ll lead high-impact Martech programmes across our Thailand client portfolio, sitting at the intersection of CRM engineering, data, and commercial marketing.
You’ll own end-to-end delivery across a modern Martech stack — including Braze, Snowflake, and Hightouch — ensuring projects are delivered on time, aligned to business objectives, and executed to the highest standard. Acting as the key point of contact between technical teams and business stakeholders, you’ll bring structure to complex programmes, communicate clearly in both Thai and English, and keep momentum even when priorities shift.
This role is critical to ensuring seamless collaboration across teams, strong client relationships, and successful delivery across fast-moving, cross-functional environments.
What Will You Do?
Own the end-to-end delivery of Martech programmes, from discovery and data mapping through to audience activation and campaign execution
Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, providing clear, proactive updates on programme health, risks, and progress
Coordinate across CRM, engineering, data, and delivery teams to ensure strong alignment and smooth execution
Lead technical and commercial discussions in both Thai and English, ensuring clarity across audiences
Manage timelines, dependencies, resources, and priorities across multiple workstreams
Anticipate changes, manage shifting requirements, and maintain delivery momentum in fast-moving environments
Identify and mitigate risks early, taking ownership of resolution paths and communicating impact proactively
Drive high standards of project governance, documentation, and stakeholder communication
Facilitate workshops, sprint planning, steering committees, and status meetings across internal and client teams
What Makes You a Great Fit
5+ years of experience in Project or Programme Management within Martech, Fintech, E-commerce, or related industries
Native or professional fluency in Thai, with strong English communication skills
Strong experience managing projects across CRM, data, and marketing technology ecosystems
Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence
Strong understanding of delivery methodologies, with the ability to adapt frameworks to fit project needs
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business language
Calm, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to operate effectively under pressure
Comfortable working across time zones, cultures, and distributed teams within the SEA region
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Nice to Have
Experience delivering projects involving Braze, Snowflake, Hightouch, or similar Martech and data platforms
Familiarity with CRM, lifecycle marketing, customer data, or audience activation programmes
Experience working in fast-growth or highly ambiguous environments
Strong facilitation skills across both client-facing and internal technical discussions
