Project Manager (Marketing Operations)

The Marketing Operations Project Manager drives organized, on-time execution of marketing and cross-functional initiatives by managing project workflows, maintaining clear communication, and ensuring alignment across teams. This role strengthens operational efficiency through structured processes, centralized planning, and consistent stakeholder coordination.
Your key responsibilities:
Project management for a range of Marketing, Marketing Operations, and cross-functional business projects.
Lead status meetings, record action items, document owners, and drive follow up.
Send weekly project status updates to key teams and stakeholders
Maintain a holistic marketing calendar for real-time use across departments
Document processes to build the Marketing Operations team’s knowledge base
Manage assigned work items and communicate critical information to stakeholders to keep projects on timelines and within budget
Coordinate closely with multiple Marketing teams as well as cross functional department stakeholders

Required:
Experience
Minimum 1 year of Project Management experience
Minimum 1 year of Marketing campaign & strategy experience
Attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects, documents, and trackers
Demonstrable cross-functional collaboration skills
Clear examples of proficiency in work prioritization & time management
Experience with project management software & process documentation software
Comfortable utilizing Monday.com and Jira
