  • Present program/project status and updates to senior management, ensuring on-time delivery and implementing risk mitigation strategies as needed.

  • Foster strong partnerships with executive stakeholders and business and technical leaders, understanding their technical needs and translating them into actionable project plans. Ensure clear communication of project goals, progress, and challenges to all relevant parties. Prepare and deliver communications to varying audiences up to C-suite.

  • Prepare comprehensive project documentation, including scope statements, detailed project plans, status reports, decision and risk logs, and post-project evaluations. Track and report on project metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree from an accredited university or college.

  • 5+ years of experience in technical program management, with a focus on IT projects supporting Sales and/or Marketing organizations.

  • Experience delivering technology enablement projects and programs for Sales & Marketing teams, including managing CRM module implementations and/or enhancements, preferably on Salesforce.

  • Demonstrated functional Sales and Marketing domain knowledge in a related industry.

  • Experience supporting lead generation, scoring and routing platforms preferred.

  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex, cross functional projects from initiation to completion.

  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Demonstrated understanding of software development lifecycle from concept to delivery.

  • Proven track record for being detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow-through on projects.

  • Experience performing cross-functional capacity and resource planning for projects.
