Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
LabCorp is seeking a full-time Project Manager to support the Southeast Division. This remote position requires a confident, organized professional who excels at driving complex projects, achieving milestones, and communicating progress to stakeholders at all levels. The Project Manager is responsible for planning, building, and managing detailed work plans; allocating resources; monitoring progress; mitigating risks; and ensuring stakeholders remain informed throughout the project lifecycle.
In this role, you will play a critical part in bringing LabCorp’s operational and financial goals to life by leading high‑impact initiatives that shape the future of the Division. You will partner closely with cross‑functional teams and external vendors to ensure projects stay aligned, on schedule, and within scope, while delivering meaningful, measurable results. Job Responsibilities:
Lead multiple, high-priority projects and programs that support business growth and innovation
Collaborate across departments to align project outcomes with strategic goals
Build and manage detailed work plans, drive milestones, and deliver updates to key stakeholders
Analyze options, manage risk and change, and help shape data-driven decisions that elevate performance
Lead project management teams to deliver on projects that span across different areas of the business
Determine and define scope and objectives. Break complex projects into simpler tasks and set goals and timeframes
Lead cross-functional teams and vendors, resolving conflicts, guiding prioritization, and mentoring peers to ensure smooth collaboration and successful project outcomes.
Communicate project status and progress through regular updates, documentation, presentations, and reports to stakeholders and senior leadership.
Analyze workflows, performance metrics, and business needs to identify gaps, assess strategies, and continuously improve processes and decision-making.
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum 1 years working experience including project management tasks.
Demonstrated ability to facilitate all areas of the PM lifecycle: Scope/Planning/Execution/Closure
Proven ability to manage large integrated projects across multiple disciplines
Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget and timeline
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and detail-oriented skills with a creative approach to challenges
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration abilities
Highly organized and resourceful with strong time-management capabilities
Travel\-10%
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors’ Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
Skills with project management software tools, methodologies and best practices
