About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Global Off-Road Equipment Campaign Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead our efforts to promote and implement our off-road equipment initiatives on a global scale. This role involves extensive project management, strategic campaign planning, and stakeholder engagement to drive the adoption of sustainable off-road equipment practices. As the Global Off-Road Equipment Campaign Manager, you will be instrumental in advancing the goals of the Drive to Zero program (D2Z). Drive to Zero is a global campaign that aims to catalyze and sustain the growth of the zero-emission commercial vehicle market, with a vision of a clean freight and transit future. It is an international initiative working towards achieving near-zero and zero-emission technology in the off-road sector through its innovative strategies and a well-charted pledge.

What You’ll Do

  • In this pivotal role, you will be leveraging the principles and strategic framework established by Drive to Zero to foster relationships, integrate initiatives, and promote the adoption of sustainable technologies. Your efforts will support the program’s mission to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, improve air quality, and create a more sustainable and efficient transportation sector.

  • Develop and execute global campaigns to promote sustainable off-road equipment practices.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaign goals with organizational objectives.

  • Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure the successful execution of campaigns.

  • Engage with industry stakeholders, including manufacturers, clients, and regulatory bodies, to foster partnerships and drive campaign adoption.

  • Conduct comprehensive market research to gain insights into zero-emission technology trends within the off-road sector. Share findings internally and with external partners to guide strategy, policy advocacy, and program development.

  • Build and maintain relationships with key external stakeholders, including industry leaders, policymakers, and international entities. Organize meetings, workshops, and presentations to advocate for policy changes and foster collaborative opportunities.

  • Spearhead advocacy for supportive policies and regulations that promote zero-emission off-road technologies. Develop position papers, engage in public forums, and collaborate with various organizations to influence policy decisions.

What You’ll Bring to the Table

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role, with a focus on campaign management and stakeholder engagement.

  • Strong understanding of off-road equipment industry practices and sustainability initiatives.

  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate complex ideas into actionable campaign strategies.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, or a related field.

$62,000 - $74,400 a year

CALSTART includes the complete salary range amount $62,000-$81,840 the job level of the job announced. We determine pay based on education, experience, internal equity, and any other factors relevant to the job. Pay for this role will typically be from $62,000-$74,400.
