ClinChoice is searching for a PM Consultant with REMOTE option in US, to join one of our major pharmaceutical clients.

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager will be responsible for leading and managing client projects from conception through to completion. This role requires excellent leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders. The Project Manager will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

•    Project Planning and Management: o    Develop detailed project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, and timelines. o    Coordinate and manage global project teams, ensuring that team members are fully aware of their roles and responsibilities. o    Monitor and track project progress, adjusting as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project. •    Stakeholder Communication: o    Serve as the primary point of contact between stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management. o    Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders. o    Facilitate meetings and communicate effectively to ensure all stakeholders are aligned. •    Risk Management: o    Identify potential risks and develop risk mitigation strategies. o    Monitor risks throughout the project lifecycle and implement contingency plans as needed. •    Quality Assurance: o    Ensure that project deliverables meet the required quality standards. o    Conduct regular quality assessments to identify areas for improvement. •    Documentation and Reporting: o    Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and final project reports. o    Prepare and present project performance reports to management.

Qualifications:

•    Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred. •    PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable. •    Proven experience as a Project Manager with a minimum of 3 years of experience in managing projects. •    Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira). •    Excellent leadership, organizational, and time management skills. •    Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and influence stakeholders at all levels. •    Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure. •    Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Additional Requirements:

•    Flexibility to work shifted hours during project phases and to work with a global team.
