We are seeking a Client Implementation Project Manager to join our growing team. If you’re passionate about leading product rollouts, managing cross-functional projects, and ensuring seamless client onboarding experiences, we want to hear from you.

About the Role

Blossom is expanding its product offerings and launching new features and services that require structured pilot programs and scalable implementation processes. We are looking for a Client Implementation Project Manager who will lead the successful rollout of new initiatives, ensuring smooth execution from pilot phase to full implementation. This role will act as a key bridge between product, engineering, support, and clients, driving alignment, efficiency, and a high-quality client experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead pilot programs and beta launches for new features and products, ensuring proper validation before full rollout

  • Design and implement scalable, repeatable processes for client onboarding and product implementation

  • Act as the central point of coordination between product, engineering, support, and client stakeholders

  • Manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality standards are met

  • Improve client onboarding experience and drive long-term adoption of new services

  • Identify gaps in current processes and proactively optimize workflows and implementation strategies

  • Support internal teams and clients through change management processes during new product adoption

  • Document and maintain implementation playbooks and best practices

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field

  • 3+ years of experience in software implementation, integrations, or client onboarding projects

  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools ( Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project)

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, support)

  • Knowledge of system integrations, APIs, and data workflows

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments

  • English level B2 or higher

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in fintech, banking, or credit union systems

  • Experience leading pilot programs or product rollouts

  • Strong ability to design scalable processes and operational playbooks

  • Experience in change management and product adoption strategies

  • Strategic mindset with the ability to identify inefficiencies and improve processes

  • Comfortable working in ambiguous and evolving environments
