A successful candidate will have a strong work ethic with a focus on collaboration and attention to detail. 

As a Project Coordinator you will be responsible for the following: 

  • Own, execute, and iterate phData PMO’s processes with a high level of accuracy

  • Own and update internal PMO financial reports, dashboards, etc

  • Identify potential areas of opportunity to gain efficiencies within the PMO

  • Provide clear and concise process documentation

  • Manage multiple internal projects and processes across the PMO

  • Partner with the PMO and other internal teams to develop and refine existing processes

Required Experience:

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Strong customer service skills

  • Ability to take direction from several individuals and be self-directed

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or business related field
