We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our global team! This role can be 100% remote in the US.

As a Project Coordinator, you Support Global Project Managers (GPM), with project and administrative functions under their direction to ensure on-time project execution and compliance with Celerion processes and tracking systems.
This position is a full-time position, working Monday-Friday.
Responsibilities:
Assist GPM with study preparations, study maintenance, and closeout activities
Coordinate study meetings, both in person and/or via teleconference including
Conference room booking, lunch orders, visitor management including:
Agenda creation/editing/QC
Preparation of presentation materials
Generate high-quality meeting minutes
Document creation/editing / QC
Create and enter data/information into SharePoint, Word, Excel, etc.
Serve as account backup for assigned accounts
You will also:
Monitor and maintain tracking tools, clinical systems, and shared document repositories utilized for project management
Support tracking of action items and internal team follow-up
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required, additional education is a plus
Post-high school education in life sciences or medical training preferred
Experience in clinical research, specifically early-phase clinical studies, is strongly preferred
Microsoft Office proficient
Computer literacy and ability to learn new software systems with ease
Ability to work independently and in collaboration with others
Ability to seek and receive constructive feedback
Exceptional attention to detail
