The Project Coordinator supports the delivery of enterprise-level global training initiatives by managing detailed administrative and operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate training sessions across global time zones.
Send meeting invitations and manage calendars.
Respond to learner inquiries within the client tenant.
Update RAID logs and maintain documentation.
Track attendance and compile feedback reports.
Support trainer readiness and session setup.

Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Attention to Detail: Ensures accuracy in scheduling and reporting.
Communication: Clear, professional written and verbal communication.
Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with Teams, SharePoint, Outlook.
Problem-Solving: Ability to anticipate issues and propose solutions.
Collaboration: Works effectively with PM and stakeholders.
Key Performance Indicators
Scheduling Accuracy: 100% correct meeting invites and calendar management.
Response Time: Learner inquiries addressed within SLA (e.g., 24 hours).
Documentation Quality: RAID logs updated weekly without errors.
Training Delivery Support: Zero missed logistics for scheduled sessions.
Stakeholder Satisfaction: Positive feedback from PM and client managers.
Compliance: Adherence to enterprise standards for data handling and reporting.
This is a contractor position in the United States with the ability to work from home but may require travel to a client site.
