Role

The Program Manager helps oversee the strategy, implementation, and maintenance of key initiatives within the N-Tech Technology Sourcing & Operations team. This individual helps plan and design programs, proactively monitors the progress, and coordinates activities to ensure strategic success. The Program Manager partners cross-functionally across the organization and interconnects all internally driven and externally supported efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategize, implement, and maintain various programs aligning to the N-Tech Technology Sourcing & Operations focused efforts (IT Asset Management, Tech Sourcing, roadmap development, operational metrics).

  • Work with cross-functional leadership to develop the scope, deliverables, and timing for programs.

  • Identify and execute opportunities and propose solutions; create efficiencies; optimize workflows; and establish quality standards.

  • Analyze and quantify Technology Sourcing & Ops challenges, risks, and opportunities while developing initiatives to increase productivity.

  • Inspire a multidisciplinary set of teams towards shared goals and objectives.

  • Identify key requirements, resourcing, and budget needs for cross-functional and internally driven projects.

  • Manage the overall health of the programs, setting proper success criteria and evolving the programs to meet the needs of the business.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Proven experience managing complex global portfolios and programs at scale in the technology operations space.

  • Domain knowledge in maintaining project portfolios and program management frameworks.

  • Highly organized and an ability to multitask across a multitude of initiatives.

  • Experience leveraging data to determine, recommend, and drive improvements.

  • Experience owning program strategies with a focus on end-to-end delivery.

  • Thrives in a fast-paced and demanding environment, possesses a high level of intellectual curiosity, and demonstrates strong judgment in the face of ambiguity.

  • Strategic thinker who can proactively identify areas of opportunity within the team or across the organization.

  • Exhibits humility and is largely objective in decision-making.

  • Managed and/or oversaw vendors and/or contractors in conjunction with project-related work.

  • Experience influencing a spectrum of cross-functional teams across a global and multi-domain landscape to activate them to a common goal.

  • Able to communicate to an executive audience and across large teams of individual contributors.

  • Understands, advocates, and embodies the Netflix company values.

Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $100,000 - $720,000.

Netflix provides comprehensive benefits including Health Plans, Mental Health support, a 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer match, Stock Option Program, Disability Programs, Health Savings and Flexible Spending Accounts, Family-forming benefits, and Life and Serious Injury Benefits. We also offer paid leave of absence programs.  Full-time hourly employees accrue 35 days annually for paid time off to be used for vacation, holidays, and sick paid time off.
