We are hiring a Tier 3 Support Specialist to work on a pivotal Federal program that is making a positive impact on millions of Americans' daily lives.
What you'll be doing:
Working hand in hand with our engineering and management teams to oversee all things pertinent to the delivery of numerous applications. In this role, you will be responsible for providing our VA customers with Tier 3 production support. You will be directly responding to questions from teams building on or in support of the VA, triaging those requests, and putting in tickets to track each request.
What you’ll bring:
Experience working with technical requests that are filed by end users of the product or system (Tier 3 Support).
The ability to troubleshoot and resolve a variety of technical problems.
A history of understanding when to escalate unresolved issues to development teams.
Experience working in a customer-facing support role
Troubleshooting and technical support experience
Empathy and being able to relate to the end-user
The ability to listen, strong communication skills, and a teamwork focused mentality.
Quality assurance experience.
Requirements:
Must be a US Citizen and able to work domestically
Must be able to attain low-level security clearance
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree

Compensation:
At Oddball, it’s important each employee is compensated competitively and fairly. In alignment with state legal requirements. A range for the included position is listed below. Be advised, actual offer details are determined by job category, job location, and candidate skill level.
United States Wage Range: $70,000 – $110,000
