A quick snapshot…
As a Product Security Engineer on our Cloud Security team, you’ll support security and compliance to keep our customers safe. You’ll play a role in enforcing policies, and monitoring, triaging, and resolving security alerts and issues within the cloud environments (AWS, Azure, IBM, GCP, etc.).
Why it’s a big deal…
Our customers are important to us, which means we need to keep them safe. Security is critical. You’ll play a key role in maintaining the security of customer information for our 11,000+ customers.
Are you the person we’re looking for?
Related Experience. You have 2+ years of experience in cloud management, identity and access management, vulnerability management, and/or threat modeling. Through that, you’ve developed a foundational knowledge of Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM), cloud security best practices, threat modeling, network security, and OS security. You’ve worked in at least 1 environment (AWS, Azure, IBM, GCP). Maybe you’ve even developed automation skills along the way!

Sense of urgency. You’re able to understand the business priorities and can understand the importance to act fast when an issue arises. When you notice a problem and see an issue, you evaluate the risk and act accordingly – that could be solving the problem or bringing it to the attention of others when you can’t.
Here’s what will give you an edge…
Willingness to outside of standard business hours. Let’s face it – monitoring security is a 24/7 need. As a global company with global customers, the ability to work in the early mornings, evenings, and weekends is important to ensure we provide the best security for our customers.
Education and certifications. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field would be beneficial Additional cloud certifications, security certifications, and other formal certifications would also be a plus.
Industry expertise. Let’s face it, understanding of Software as a Service and/or Revenue Lifecycle Management software (CPQ & CLM) would allow you to hit the ground running.
