The Opportunity:
Betr is seeking a dedicated Product Owner to play a crucial role in our journey. As a Product Owner, your role will be the fulcrum between our talented software engineering team and our experienced product leads. The successful candidate will also leverage their skills and experience to coordinate cross-functional projects and be the “glue” that connects various teams and leads to successful delivery of larger features.
Key Responsibilities:
Vision Execution: Understands and provides insight into requested requirements. An ability to translate the product requirements into practical epics, stories, and tasks that allows our engineers to efficiently execute the vision.
Project Management: Ensure projects stay on course, sets the pace, manage timelines, and guarantee the successful delivery of products.
Feature Prioritization: Advocate for prioritization, aligning development efforts with our overarching company vision.
Communication Facilitator: Bridge the communication gap between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring seamless collaboration that drives value.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience: Both in the domain and in Scrum delivery processes
Tech Enthusiast: APIs, databases, mobile apps, and apps are your jam. Tech discussions are your playground.
Design-Driven: You obsess over user journeys, error validation, and pixel-perfect details.
Communication Pro: You excel in written and verbal communication, simplifying complex ideas for different teams and audiences.
Collaborative Spirit: You thrive in cross-functional collaboration, bridging the gap between tech and non-tech teams.
Bridge Builder: You're the connection between our product and engineering teams, ensuring seamless communication and successful feature delivery.
