Who We’re Looking For:

We are seeking a highly creative, skilled, and motivated Product Marketing Manager to play an important role in shaping the success of Makersite. As part of a growing team, you will be responsible for crafting compelling value propositions, conducting comprehensive competitive research, and championing the voice of the customer. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a rapidly evolving industry while working alongside a passionate team of professionals.

  • Locations: Berlin, Stuttgart, Munich or remote (EU)

  • Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Value Proposition Development: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define and articulate clear value propositions for our product, ensuring alignment with market needs and customer preferences.

  • Competition Research: Conduct in-depth analysis of competitors, market trends, and regulatory landscapes to identify opportunities and threats, informing strategic decision-making and positioning strategies.

  • Voice of the Customer: Serve as the primary advocate for customers, gathering insights through surveys, interviews, and market research to drive product enhancements and improve customer satisfaction.

  • Product Launch Support: Play a key role in the successful launch of new products, developing comprehensive go-to-market strategies, crafting compelling messaging, and overseeing the execution of marketing campaigns.

  • Product Marketing Framework Development: Build and refine the product marketing framework from scratch, establishing best practices, processes, the tools to streamline operations and drive results.

  • Technical Expertise: Leverage your deep understanding of highly technical products, whether in B2B and B2C environments, to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences and drive adoption.

What you will need:

  • Bachelor´s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field: MBA preferred.

  • Minimum of 7 years' experience in product marketing, preferably in a fast-paced start-up or scale-up environment within the supply chain or renewable energy industries.

  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing product marketing strategies, with a focus on driving growth and market expansion.

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex technical information into clear, compelling messaging for a diverse audience.

  • Experience working with highly technical products, ideally in the Enterprise SaaS space.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization and external partners.

  • Highly entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for innovation and change.

  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with evolving priorities and deadlines.

  • Strong project management skills and ability to multitask effectively.
