This role defines and drives positioning, messaging, competitive intelligence, and go-to-market strategy to accelerate category leadership, demand generation, and revenue growth.  As both a strategist and hands-on contributor, the PMD translates product innovation into compelling market narratives, ensuring our solutions are differentiated, customer-centric, and commercially impactful. This role reports to the CMO and serves as a key market-facing evangelist for SuccessKPI. This role is an individual contributor with influence. Ideal for someone who is in a Senior Manager role and ready to move into a Director role. Job Location: Remote Work, USA. Do:    Product Marketing & Messaging Strategy <ul> <li>Strategy – Drive product marketing direction for SuccessKPI, collaborating closely with Product, Sales and other marketing functions including digital marketing, event marketing, and external consultants.  </li> <li>Product Roadmap – Partner with the Product organization to help shape product strategy and roadmap priorities based on competitive intelligence and market insights that create\ current and future market opportunities. </li> <li>Market Opportunities – Develop a deep understanding of market trends, customer requirements, usage and buying behaviors, and the partner ecosystem to identify opportunities and drive demand for SuccessKPI  solutions.<span <li>Analyst Relations – Lead SuccessKPI’s analyst relations strategy and interactions with key industry analyst firms. </li> <li>Category Leadership – Develop market-leading initiatives that differentiate SuccessKPI globally through strategic partnerships (local and global), innovative campaigns, and an insight-led marketing approach.  </li> <li>Knowledge Creation – Educate the market on SuccessKPI’s technical value through demos, white-papers, workshops, presentations, technical blogs, and other thought leadership assets that drive engagement and visibility. </li> <li>Sales Development – Develop product marketing strategies for new prospects and existing customers</li> </ul> Organizational Enablement  <ul> <li>Product and Go-To-Market Approach – Support and refine go-to-market initiatives in partnership with GTM teams by developing collateral, including case studies, web content, solution briefs, presentations, data sheets, sales playbooks, and whitepapers for global use.    </li> <li>Sales Enablement – Assist sales with target profiles, training programs, and sales tool kits. Analyze win/loss insights and syndicate best practices across the organization. </li> <li>Insight-Led Marketing – Develop and operationalize an insight-led marketing framework that informs content and campaign strategy across the funnel from top-of-funnel engagement through to bottom-of-funnel conversion.  </li> <li>Event Enablement – Partner with events and tradeshows to shape messaging frameworks, keynote/panel execution, and supporting content to maximize event ROI and strengthen market positioning.   </li> <li>Engagement Activations – Support monthly webinars, case studies, and industry/product roundtables designed to drive engagement, education, and pipeline growth.  </li> </ul> Customer Insights and Research   <ul> <li>Customer Insight – Gather and synthesize insights from customers and prospects to inform product roadmap prioritization, gap analysis, and differentiation strategy.  </li> <li>Customer Use Cases – Develop industry and solution-focused use cases, demo scenarios, and sandbox environments that showcase platform capabilities and reporting outcomes within a clear problem-solution framework.  </li> <li>Competitive Intelligence – Build competitive intelligence briefs and battlecards to guide sales strategy and inform marketing messaging.      </li> <li> Third-Party Market Research – Establish a recurring cadence of internal and external communications informed by industry research publications to drive organizational knowledge, sales enablement, and product innovation.  </li> <li>Customer Segmentation – Use customer, partner, and competitive research to influence product strategy and messaging. Develop customer personas and segmentation frameworks to support targeted product launches and
