Working collaboratively with product management, sales and marketing, the Product Marketing Associate Director is responsible for developing and leading the downstream go-to-market (GTM) strategy and plans that communicate the value of our technology platform, and mobile products and solutions to customers and prospects. You will develop the segmentation, targeting, value proposition, pricing, messaging/positioning, sales training and enablement, KOL/customer advocacy initiatives, marketing collateral and campaign strategies. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, market analysis, creativity, and strong communication skills.
What you will do:
Develop clear and compelling value propositions, tailored to customer segments and use cases
Conduct customer research to inform persona development, targeting, messaging
Craft messaging that effectively communicates product value, features, benefits, and competitive advantages through various marketing channels
Create sales training and sales enablement tools effectively positioning products and utilizing clinical data
Develop KOL/customer advocacy strategy; work closely with key opinion leaders to maximize their participation in peer-to-peer meetings/events, speaking opportunities, case studies, launch activities and educational events.
Understand the hospital technical and clinical landscape; follow and analyze market and competitive trends to position products and support sales in competitive situations
Routinely communicate and collaborate with the sales team regarding product launches and updates, implications of new data/research
Support sales in customer calls as expert in positioning the products
Work collaboratively with Marketing team to develop campaign strategies at launch and throughout product lifecycle to drive movement through lead funnel (from awareness through purchase)
Work with Marcom team to craft compelling messages and content across marketing channels (website, literature, promotional campaigns)
Work with events team to develop conference/trade show strategy and execution plan; lead the effort at the conference
Perform any other related activities assigned by reporting manager
This position does not have direct reports.
What you bring:
BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, or related field
10+ years of marketing experience in medical technology, healthcare enterprise technology, and/or mobile solutions
Demonstrated leadership including ability to lead cross-functional teams to strategically and tactically execute plans
Excellent written and verbal communication, and presentation skills
Strong project management and organizational skills
Ability to professionally and competently represent company at external events
Collaborative team player willing to wear many hats and be flexible in a fast-paced, small company environment
Ability to work on multiple demanding projects simultaneously and quickly adapt to changing priorities
Demonstrated knowledge of marketing disciplines

Compensation - The salary range target for the role described in this job description is $165,000 to $190,000. Final offer amounts depend on multiple factors including but not limited to candidate experience and expertise, geographic location, compensation/equity mix, and market data. This position may also be eligible for additional incentives such as equity awards, short-term incentives, or sales compensation.
