Product Marketer - Platform Marketing

As part of HubSpot’s Platform Marketing team, you’ll help bring our ecosystem to life — connecting our app partners, developers, and customers through ecosystem products that help businesses grow better. You’ll lead marketing operations and cross-functional coordination across a rapidly expanding portfolio of multi-hub products and ecosystem initiatives.
This role sits at the intersection of product marketing and project management. You’ll own ecosystem communications and project management of some of our most visible launches and moments throughout the year.
We’re looking for a strategic operator and storyteller — someone who can bring structure to complex projects, drive alignment across diverse teams, and translate platform innovation into compelling narratives that resonate with builders and customers alike.
In this role, you’ll get to own:
Communications & Engagement
Own end-to-end communications for HubSpot’s app partners and developer ecosystem, including newsletters, launch updates, and required actions.
Develop and maintain a structured builder communications calendar aligned with product launches, Spotlights, and partner programs.
Partner with product and pmm on key updates to the developer and app partner community and manage multi month comms projects end-to-end.
PMM & Process Management
Support go-to-market planning and execution for ecosystem-led launches, ensuring messaging, positioning, and timing are consistent across channels.
Lead quarterly ecosystem marketing operations, including marketplace feature slot management, paid placement allocation, and email campaign slots.
Drive biannual roadmap coordination across Platform Marketing and Product teams to share a public roadmap with our customers, partners, and developers.
Drive biannual cross-functional process for ecosystem features to Spotlights, manage all ecosystem features.
Build scalable processes, templates, and frameworks to support cross-team initiatives including brand, legal, and product asset review. Identify process gaps and implement improvements to streamline cross-team collaboration.
We’re looking for someone who:
Skilled storyteller and customer- and partner-centric in your approach to marketing.
Strong project management skills, including clear communication around timelines, ownership, and status updates.
Experienced in product marketing and project management, ideally within SaaS; bonus if you’ve worked on ecosystem or platform products.
Proven success creating content and driving go-to-market initiatives for a SaaS or Product-Led Growth company.
Highly organized and proactive, with a track record of leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives from concept to completion.
Clear and confident communicator who can align diverse teams and simplify complex information for different audiences.
Operates with an owner’s mindset — high personal accountability, independent execution, and the ability to anticipate and address the needs of your portfolio.
Able to translate complex product or partner inputs into clear, actionable plans that drive meaningful results.
Thrives in dynamic environments, balancing structure with flexibility and creativity.
Data-informed and comfortable using metrics to guide decisions, measure impact, and continuously improve.
An owner’s mindset; with high personal accountability - able to work independently to drive projects and initiatives and understand and anticipate the needs of your portfolio.

Pay & Benefits
The cash compensation below includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are tailored to your skills, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.
