We’re seeking a talented and motivated Product Manager to help shape the future of TestRail, the leading test management platform used by thousands of QA and development teams worldwide. You’ll play a key role in defining and delivering high-impact features across TestRail Core and our TestRail CLI - a key automation and integration layer that empowers engineering teams to extend TestRail into their broader development workflows. This role blends strategic product management with hands-on ownership. You’ll drive TestRail’s roadmap through well-crafted PRDs, close collaboration with R&D, and a deep understanding of customer needs.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and act as Product Owner for the TestRail CLI, defining roadmap, priorities, and key use cases.

  • Contribute to the TestRail Core product, writing PRDs and supporting initiatives that enhance usability, scalability, and customer value.

  • Collaborate with engineering leadership to ensure smooth execution of product initiatives.

  • Conduct customer and market research to inform roadmap priorities and identify opportunities for innovation.

  • Partner with Design, Marketing, Sales, and Support to ensure successful product launches and continuous improvement.

  • Track product usage, feedback, and metrics to guide ongoing development and prioritization.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager (or equivalent role in a technical product environment).

  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and QA/testing workflows.

  • Experience defining requirements, prioritizing backlogs, and collaborating with R&D teams in an agile environment.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Hands-on with your products - curious, proactive, and driven by real user insights.

  • Comfortable working within SCRUM practices - participating in roadmap reviews, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience designing or implementing AI features that improve user workflows or decision-making.

  • Familiarity with test automation or exposure to developer tools and QA ecosystems.

  • Previous experience with TestRail or other test management platforms.

Why Join Us

Join a global team redefining how modern QA and Dev teams manage quality at scale. TestRail is trusted by over 10,000 teams worldwide to plan, run, and track millions of test cases each month. You’ll collaborate with product, design, and engineering peers who are passionate about building tools that make software teams more efficient and confident in every release.
