As a Staff Product Manager for YourCause, you will deliver products driving social impact for Blackbaud’s corporate customers. In this role, you’ll partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define market needs and deliver solutions. Working closely with product leadership and engineering, you’ll help execute product strategy and lead purpose-driven innovation.
What You’ll be doing:
Drive Product Strategy: Partner with Senior level Product Managers to evolve the product roadmap for key capabilities in the Corporate Social Responsibility space, with a focus on social and corporate sector needs and AI-driven innovation.
Customer-Centric Execution: Collaborate with engineering, UX, and stakeholders to define user requirements, write clear and detailed product specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria
Measure What Matters: Define success metrics, track adoption and usage, and use data to inform decisions and iterate quickly.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ensure strong alignment with Engineering, UX, PMO, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver cohesive, high-impact solutions.
Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers through events, feedback loops, and strategic conversations.
What we'll want you to have:
2+ years’ experience within product management, program management, product marketing, or business development, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment.
Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills
Experience and interest in developing and deploying AI and data-driven approaches in product development with ability to expand on the impact the initiatives had
Experience employing the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) with demonstratable success.
Able to work flexible hours as required by business priorities
