This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you'll do at Figma:

Reimagine Figma’s admin surfaces to enable customers to manage our growing product suite and their growing user base
Partner with other product teams and Sales to prioritize features that strengthen our Enterprise tier
Work closely with designers and engineers to define features and execute against the roadmap
Identify new opportunities in this space, and help craft a vision for 2026 and beyond
Grow your career in an engaged, creative, and thoughtful community
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
3+ years of product management experience or a related field
Shipped a number of successful products requiring collaboration across multiple product teams
Experience working on B2B SaaS products
While not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
An eye for the detail, both in terms of user experience and the technical nuances
Ability to communicate clearly at different altitudes, including driving alignment with senior stakeholders
Experience building strong relationships with stakeholders in enterprise companies
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, scrappy environment
Led product efforts targeted to administrative personas within enterprises
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways.
