What You’re Great At:
You are a product leader who thrives in complex, multi-stakeholder environments and knows how to bring clarity to ambiguity. You’ve built and shipped B2B SaaS products end-to-end, and you’re especially strong in environments where precision, compliance, and user experience all matter at once.
You are deeply customer-focused and can translate messy real-world workflows into intuitive, scalable product experiences. You communicate with clarity, write strong product documentation, and naturally align engineering, design, and business stakeholders around a shared vision.
You move quickly, but intentionally. You know how to balance speed with quality, and you’re confident making tradeoffs that keep products shipping while protecting core user experiences.
What You’ll Do:
- Own the end-to-end product strategy and execution for our mortgage Point of Sale platform
- Lead the borrower experience from application through verification and closing
- Improve and streamline workflows for loan officers, processors, and mortgage operations teams
- Enable real estate agent experiences that support referrals and lender partnerships
- Manage API integrations with third-party mortgage service providers and partners
- Write clear product requirements, user stories, and documentation to align cross-functional teams
- Partner with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver and iterate on product features
- Ensure product experiences comply with mortgage regulations and operational requirements
- Own backlog prioritization, sequencing, and feature delivery decisions
- Balance speed of execution with reliability and quality across core product workflows
- Use data, customer feedback, and market insight to inform product direction and prioritization
Salary Band:
$90,000 – $150,000 (depending on experience and location)
