Partner with Design and Engineering to drive discovery and delivery, including leading design reviews, planning sessions, and sprint ceremonies.

Define instrumentation needs and partner with Data to analyze funnels and performance, using insights to drive iteration decisions, including experiments (A/B tests, pilots).
Lead or partner on user research (interviews, usability testing, concept tests) and translate learnings into actionable product improvements.
Drive cross-functional launch planning for new features and enhancements, partnering with Marketing, Customer Success, Clinical, and Operations to ensure internal readiness, clear communication, and post-launch monitoring.
Create and maintain decision-driving documentation, such as product briefs, PRDs, FAQs, internal enablement materials, release notes, and post-launch readouts.
Ensure quality and safety by incorporating accessibility, privacy, security, and clinical quality considerations, proactively partnering with clinical and compliance teams where needed.
Stay current on the mental health and digital health landscape and bring competitive insights into roadmap prioritization.
Who You Are
2–3 years of product management experience (or equivalent product ownership experience) building and shipping digital products end-to-end.
Demonstrated ability to drive measurable outcomes by defining success metrics, prioritizing effectively, and iterating based on data and user insights.
Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data to inform decisions; experience with spreadsheets and product analytics tools required; SQL is a plus.
AI literacy: comfortable working with AI-enabled product experiences, including understanding limitations, defining quality expectations, and iterating using data and user feedback.
Experience writing clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria that tie back to user needs and business goals.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to distill complex topics into clear narratives tailored to different audiences.
Empathy for people seeking mental health support and sensitivity to diverse backgrounds and lived experiences.
Collaborative teammate who builds strong relationships cross-functionally and is comfortable giving and receiving feedback.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail; able to manage multiple workstreams, follow through on commitments, and keep teams moving in a fast-paced environment.
