What were looking for

Join an innovative Healthtech startup at the forefront of transforming healthcare delivery. Were seeking a motivated and fast-moving Product Manager to own mobile applications that support patients and therapists. You will report to the Head of Product, consult across the business to curate the mobile roadmap and understand requirements, and work closely with Design and Engineering to ship releases. This position and company emphasize attention to detail and fast turnarounds, keeping in mind that an improvement is just a release away.

Responsibilities

  • Product Planning: Manage clients' mobile applications, including curating Mobile roadmaps and planning new features.

  • Design Collaboration: Work tightly with Design to ensure an excellent user experience and tightly coupled product requirements and designs.

  • User Research and Measurement: Lead ongoing user research, including therapist interviews and usability testing. Define and track success metrics such as adoption, engagement, retention, and release quality to measure impact and guide prioritization.

  • Execution and Delivery: Closely support Engineering by clearly communicating requirements and product decisions, monitoring the status of in-progress development, engaging in Quality Assurance processes, and partnering with the Engineering Manager in sprint planning, execution, and reviews.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree preferred, or additional experience in lieu of a degree

  • 5-8 years of professional working experience

  • 4+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on native mobile app development.

  • Previous experience in Engineering, Customer Success, or Project Management preferred.

  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. This includes strong data and analysis skills culminating in easy-to-consume presentations in support of strategic and feature work..

  • Experience working closely with Design and Engineering teams to ensure efficient planning and effective agile execution of new features and functionality.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact and empathize with all levels and parts of the organization.

  • Ability to quickly adapt within a fast-paced and high-growth environment with new systems, software, and processes. This position and company emphasize fast turnarounds.

  • Digital / two-sided marketplace and B2C experience preferred.

  • Take pride in working on projects to successful completion involving a wide variety of challenges, users, technologies, and systems.

  • Enjoy working with a diverse group of people with different expertise, including Design, Engineering, Clinical, Billing, and Success teams.
