The Role:

We seek a Product Manager who speaks Japanese to join our crew and work on our essential products. To contribute to the business’s growth, you must have strong ownership and a results-driven mindset.

As a “Product Manager - Japanese Proficient speaker,' you are expected to:

• Manage one or several products that cover online gaming and related content

• Strategically acquire traffic from multiple approaches such as search engines, emails and social media.

• Lead team members and get things done together in a timely manner

• Closely communicate with SEO, content, CRM, and tech teams

• Constantly identify issues, analyze the reasons, and improve to achieve better efficiency and quality for both product development and team operation

• Keep tracking the KPIs (commercial, traffic operational, etc), then define TO-DOs for scaling or recovering

• Assist ad hoc tasks of SEO and content-related works

Success in this role means:

• Identify the tasks by observing the product performance and communicating with stakeholders

• Accomplish leading products to be successful through product-led and tech-enabled approaches

• Proficient Japanese speaker

• Working proficiency in English, both verbal and written (in case you have exceptional skills, English language can be non-required)

• Result driven leader

• Experience in project management and/or product management

• Capable of using SEO tools such as Ahrefs, GA4, and Search Console

• Critical thinking skills and problem-solving skills

• Strong internet research skills and resourcefulness

• Proficient WordPress knowledge

• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects at a time
