As the Inventory Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our Inventory & Purchasing strategy. You will collaborate with other product managers and cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, to identify, prioritize, and implement Inventory features that align with the R365 product roadmap and customer needs. You will also oversee our Brand Repository– a hub that helps get franchisees up to speed quickly and efficiently.
How you'll add value:
Own product efforts for the Inventory & Purchasing squad, from ideation to implementation for both Web and Mobile platforms
Thrive in a fast-paced, flexible work environment where you’ll have the opportunity to lead the creation of new product components for a successful SaaS platform
Select, design, and write user stories for the Inventory Scrum Team
Work closely with Engineering teams to define usage metrics, technical requirements and specifications for amazing products
Evaluate and prioritize features, bugs and program debt according to importance and impact
Drive, develop and maintain the R365 Inventory Roadmap
Collaborate with other teams to plan, design, and deliver products that bring value to our users
Partner with other Product Managers to prioritize and define the most impactful enhancements needed to fortify and enhance our existing suite of Restaurant Operation Tools
Communicate and present product information at company events
Conduct customer interviews
Curate ideas and user feedback to inform the product roadmap and strategy
Work with the Customer Success (CS) and Go to Market (GTM) teams to strategize how new capabilities will be rolled out to both prospects and internal customers
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for Inventory & Purchasing, including usage metrics, user guides, release notes, and technical documentation
Develop a deep understanding of the market and what data points drive successful restaurant businesses and be able to apply that to cross-functional teams such as Intelligence or Reporting
Receive constructive feedback with grace, using it to iterate and improve
Occasional travel may be required
What you'll need to be successful in this role:
2+ years of experience in product management integration roles in a SaaS environment
A solid demonstrated understanding of Inventory & Purchasing fundamentals
Strong analytical and business problem solving skills
Demonstrated Agile Methodology experience, ideally at scale
Proven ability to work successfully with cross functional stakeholders
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Preferred Skills
Experience working in the restaurant industry
Product Management experience with Back-of-House Restaurant Software (integrations, reports, analytics, accounting, invoicing, workforce management), ideally in the Enterprise space
R365 Team Member Benefits & Compensation
This position has a salary range of $120,80-$151,000. The above range represents the expected salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location. Restaurant365 focuses on equitable pay for our team and aims for transparency with our pay practices.
