Job Overview:

As an IC3 Product Manager II at Coursera, you will drive product innovation by identifying opportunities to enhance user experience and team efficiency.   • Develop and deliver comprehensive product strategies and requirements for key features.

  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to drive seamless product execution.

  • Conduct user research and analyze feedback to advocate for user-centric design and inform decision-making.

  • Create and oversee go-to-market plans for new features to ensure successful rollouts.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience with product management, including developing and prioritizing product backlogs.

  • Demonstrated history of collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, design, marketing).Background in conducting user research and making data-driven product decisions.

  • Proficiency in developing and communicating product strategies and requirements.

  • Experience coordinating go-to-market plans and feature rollouts.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced knowledge of product management frameworks like RICE.

  • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools and A/B testing.Familiarity with RESTful APIs and basic database concepts.

  • Experience using market analysis tools such as Crunchbase.

  • Strong advocacy for user-centric design and experience working with UX designers.Proven ability to identify and implement process improvements.
