Product Manager - Growth (Medical Product)
Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Product Manager, Growth to join our Medical Product team and lead product development initiatives across the medical user journey. This role focuses on building and evolving products that improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency within FuturHealth’s holistic care experience.
You will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, operations, and medical stakeholders, as well as closely with external MSO and pharmacy partners, to bring products from concept to market. The role requires strong judgment, comfort operating in ambiguity, and a hands-on approach to driving measurable growth while ensuring a compliant, user-centered medical experience.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute product strategies across the medical user journey that align with FuturHealth’s mission, growth goals, and regulatory requirements.
Lead cross-functional product development from discovery through launch, balancing speed, quality, and compliance in a fast-paced environment.
Own and optimize key growth levers across the product funnel, including conversion, retention, engagement, and lifetime value.
Use quantitative data, user insights, and clinical or operational feedback to prioritize features and improvements with clear business impact.
Partner closely with medical, operations, and external MSO and pharmacy stakeholders to ensure products support safe, effective, and scalable care delivery.
Define, track, and communicate product KPIs, with a strong focus on outcomes that reflect both patient experience and business performance.
Collaborate with leadership to inform product roadmaps, sequencing, and trade-offs as the company scales.
Advocate for user-centered design while maintaining a practical understanding of operational and clinical constraints.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of product management experience, ideally within SaaS, digital health, health tech, or consumer-facing platforms.
Demonstrated ability to drive product execution in ambiguous, evolving environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data to guide prioritization and decision-making.
Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to deliver meaningful product outcomes.
Clear, confident communicator who can influence stakeholders and align teams around shared goals.
Working knowledge of Agile product development practices.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in digital health, D2C healthcare, or ecommerce environments.
Exposure to regulated product environments or collaboration with clinical, pharmacy, or medical operations teams.
Technical fluency and comfort partnering closely with engineering teams.
Familiarity with AI or data-driven product features and their application in consumer or healthcare products.
The pay range for this role is $160,000- $176,000 total compensation package. We offer a competitive salary package and may include variable compensation such as bonus and equity. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
