**Candidate Note: This position is 100% remote for candidates based in the US**

We are looking for an exceptional Product Manager to drive the development of our cutting-edge data integration and synchronization products for enterprise-class, data-intensive solutions. As we expand Postgres to handle analytical and AI workloads, your expertise in data integration & synchronization will be critical in delivering features that both focus on ensuring data consistency across systems and meet customer needs with a “minutes to wow” user experience.

Your Impact will be:

  • Lead and manage the processes and R&D efforts to fulfill our data integration strategy.

  • Understand company and client challenges, leveraging data integration capabilities to create impactful solutions. Work closely with the Migration and Analytics teams to gather requirements.

  • Work cross-functionally within EDB, including engineering, marketing, sales, and other departments, to take ideas from conception to production.

  • Engage with customers to gather feedback and incorporate it into our product vision, while effectively evangelizing EDB’s offerings.

  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to execute your product’s roadmap, ensuring a prioritized backlog of features with clear acceptance criteria.

  • Partner with the Sales team, product marketing, and enablement to prepare the field for new releases.

  • Bring a curious, innovative, and collaborative approach to addressing challenges.

  • Monitor and analyze product performance, competitive landscape, and market trends to drive product improvements and identify new opportunities.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 3-5+ years of experience leading technically complex enterprise products.

  • Demonstrated success as a product manager for a complex, data-intensive offering with enterprise customers.

  • Exceptional ability to explain complex topics and provide audience-appropriate summarizations.

  • Solid understanding of modern product management principles and product development processes.

  • Knowledge of the database landscape; a strong technical track record working closely with engineering teams; & technical knowledge in ETL tools, data movement, and data migrations. 

  • Strong ability to lead through influence, debate, and storytelling

What Will Give You an Edge:

  • Understanding of the Postgres ecosystem and experience using/managing Postgres.

  • Experience with other database technologies Oracle or SQL server

  • Experience with Lakehouse technologies

  • Experience working with Kafka and / or Debezium

  • Knowledge of open-source software (OSS) and OSS communities beyond Postgres is a significant plus.

Comp Range (DOE/Location)=$145-175k max base + annual bonus
