The Role

Chainlink is looking for a technical-minded Product Manager with an entrepreneurial mindset to guide the direction of one of Chainlink’s developer focused services. The right candidate is an experienced technical Product Manager with strong ownership, bias for action, and low ego who can innovate quickly but securely to shape and grow the product and the industry. You will own the strategy for the product and drive adoption and expansion of this product. 

About Core Services

Chainlink’s core services Automation, Functions, and VRF allow developers to rapidly innovate and leverage decentralized Oracle Networks to build ground breaking blockchain applications that develop and win new markets.

Your Impact

• Develop deep insights into our users, their use-cases, and the market by engaging with users, go-to-market, and developer relations and doing industry research

• Pen a market winning product strategy and obtaining buy-in from executive leadership

• Create a roadmap to deliver on the plan by working with engineering and cross functional teams (engineers/ TPMs/PMs) to launch market winning features 

• Work with marketing, go-to-market, and developer relations to drive the adoption of the product and continue the innovation

• Contribute to the long term vision of the Core Services team

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field or 5+ years of highly technical experience

• Experience leading cross-functionally to build, launch, and optimize developer facing products and services

• Launched services and/or infrastructure products for developers

• Experience unlocking new markets and opportunities through product innovation

• Experience in a startup or other rapidly evolving environment

• Understanding of decentralized infrastructure; blockchain and smart contracts or otherwise

• Familiarity with main blockchain verticals

• Ability to work remote and with a global developer team
