Product Manager (Clinical & AI Imaging)
This position is remote in the United States. Job Summary Henry Schein One is seeking a Product Manager to join our growing product organization. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven professional looking to grow their career while shaping the future of dental and clinical technology. In this role, youll work across a variety of initiatives including Imaging, AI Imaging, clinical digital workflows, and other AI-driven innovations to deliver products that empower dental practices and improve patient outcomes. Youll partner with cross-functional teams to define product strategy, build roadmaps, and execute against business objectives using modern tools and methodologies. What You Will Do
Contribute to product strategy, vision, and roadmap through customer insights, market research, and competitive analysis
Define and write product requirements and user stories using tools like Figma, FigJam, Loom, and Jira Product Discovery (JPD)
Analyze competitors and market trends to ensure product relevance and differentiation
Prioritize and manage the backlog, aligning releases with business goals and sprint plans
Collaborate with engineering, UX, and cross-functional teams to balance customer experience, effort, and impact
Act as the customer advocate to ensure usability, quality, and business value
Partner with UX and engineering to guide design, validate prototypes, and deliver high-quality releases
Coordinate with other product managers to deliver cohesive functionality across the portfolio
Track and analyze key metrics to assess performance and drive continuous improvement
Collaborate with Support and Marketing to launch new features and promote adoption
Support Sales and Customer Success with product insights and expertise
Contribute to educational and marketing materials such as white papers, help docs, blog posts, and presentations
Engage with customers and represent Henry Schein One at industry events and conferences
Travel/Physical Demands
Travel typically less than 10%
Office environment with no special physical demands required
Qualifications What You Will Have
2 4 years of product management experience, ideally in healthcare, SaaS, or technology-driven environments
Proven ability to translate market and customer needs into clear product requirements
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
Outstanding communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
Experience building alignment and consensus across diverse stakeholders
Ability to see the big picture across multiple product lines and identify integration opportunities
A collaborative, customer-obsessed mindset with a passion for delivering impactful solutions.
Nice to Haves
Bachelors Degree in a related field
Familiarity with hardware and software product development is a plus
The posted range for this position is$75,000 - $115,000which is the expected starting salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including prior experience, current skills, location/labor market, internal equity, etc. This position is eligible for a bonus target not reflected in the range.
