Position Summary

This role focuses on leading the development and management of front-end user interfaces, from concept to launch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding market needs and user behaviors, defining product requirements for intuitive and visually compelling UIs, and working closely with design, engineering, and other cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality, user-centric products. The Product Manager will prioritize user experience (UX), interface design, and performance, ensuring that the final product aligns with business objectives and exceeds customer expectations.

Responsibilities

The role includes but is not limited to the following duties and responsibilities:

Product Development

* Collaborate with design, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of products.

* Prioritize product backlog and manage sprints using Agile or other project management methodologies.

* Translate high-level concepts into detailed product requirements and user stories.

* Understand company strategic and competitive position and deliver products that are aligned with our mission and recognized best in the industry.

Stakeholder Communication

* Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and development teams.

* Present product updates, progress, and results to leadership and other key stakeholders.

* Gather and synthesize feedback to refine the product development process.

* Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product vision, define product requirements, coordinate resources from other groups (design, legal, etc.), and guide the team through key milestones.

Performance and Optimization

* Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track product success metrics.

* Continuously analyze product performance to identify areas for improvement.

* Monitor customer satisfaction and address pain points to enhance the user experience.

Leadership and Innovation

* Champion innovation by staying informed on industry trends and emerging technologies.

* Foster a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork within cross-functional teams.

* Incorporate data, research, and market analysis to inform product strategies and roadmaps.

* Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to improve engineer productivity and enhance user satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

* Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, or related field.

* 2-4 years of experience in product management or a related role.

* Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

* Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana, and familiarity with product analytics platforms.

* Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements

* Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement.

* Experience working on agile enabled teams.

* Experience launching consumer-facing online/mobile products/service from start to finish

* Nimbleness and comfort with ambiguity; ability to respond rapidly to evolving threats and opportunities. 

$120,000 - $140,000 a year
