As a Product Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving innovation and ensuring the successful development of our products & brands. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team for all brands, sourcing & technical design to deliver high-quality products that meet our customers' needs. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including, marketing, production, wholesale, customer experience & operations, to ensure seamless product development processes.

• 10+ years of experience in Product Development is a must

• Experience in the apparel industry is a must

• Proven track record of successfully managing product development projects from concept to launch

• Experience with fittings conduction and cost negotiations is a must 

• Retail and Beauty industry experience is a plus

• Experience in intimates OR seamless construction is a must

• Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and supplier management is a must

• Understanding the plus size market, womens fitting and being passionate in making women feel confident is a plus
