We're looking for a mid level Product Designer to join PIERRE — CloudWalk's AI-powered personal finance product. PIERRE is a mobile-first native app reimagining how people in Brazil understand and act on their money. We're a small, opinionated team building something that sits between a financial tool, a creative artifact, and a daily companion.

This role is for a designer who lives inside the design system and is fluent moving between Figma and code. You won't be expected to ship features as an engineer — but you'll be expected to open Cursor, read what's there, tweak a component, and prototype ideas directly against the codebase. Vibe coding with Claude Code, Cursor, v0, and similar tools is part of how we work, not a side activity.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Own and evolve PIERRE's design system in Figma — semantic tokens, components, variables, states, scoping — and keep it tight as the product grows.
  • Translate system updates from Figma into the codebase: open the React Native repo in Cursor, edit components, run things locally, prototype with Claude Code.
  • Design and ship product features end-to-end at the screen and flow level
  • Contribute to PIERRE's widget system — a generative, modular home built around natural language interactions with our AI.
  • Use AI tools (Claude, Cursor, Claude Code, v0, Lovable, Midjourney, etc.) as part of your daily method — for ideation, asset generation, prototyping, and code edits.
  • Work alongside engineering, brand, and illustration partners to keep the product cohesive and visually distinctive.
What You Need to Succeed
  • 2–4 years of product design experience, with a portfolio that shows shipped mobile work.
  • Deep, hands-on experience with design systems — not just consuming them, but maintaining and evolving one. You should be able to talk fluently about tokens, variables, scoping, component APIs, and the trade-offs involved.
  • Mastery of Figma at a craft level: variables, modes, auto-layout, complex components, prototyping.
  • Daily fluency with AI tools — Claude Code, Cursor, v0, and similar — as part of how you design, prototype, and explore ideas.
  • Written communication, including UX writing. Brazilian Portuguese fluency is required.
  • Availability to work full-time.
  • Sensibility for editorial design, drop culture, or treating digital products as cultural artifacts — close to how we think about PIERRE.

Join us at CloudWalk, where we're not just engineering solutions; we're building a smarter, AI-driven future for payments — together. By applying for this position, your data will be processed as per CloudWalk's Privacy Policy that you can read here in Portuguese and here in English. We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans.
